I can highly recommend Rebecca! She looked after me and my newborn after birth (postnatal package) and she was great help! She is very confident in her knowledge and loves what she does. She was never in a rush, answered calls and texts super quickly and always assessed all aspects of postnatal care in depth. Being a first time mum, her help and support was invaluable and I would always use her services again.

When I was diagnosed with placenta previa at 22 weeks, I was told to cut back on my usual gym sessions to minimise the risk of bleeding and to try a more relaxed exercise regime. I heard about Rebecca's classes through a yoga instructor at my gym, Virgin Active Ladbroke Grove, and embarked on a series of 4 sessions with her. The classes were hugely helpful in strengthening core muscles, learning breathing techniques for labour and relaxing and each session was exactly tailored to my needs. A perfect way to stay in shape, both physically and mentally, during pregnancy.

My pregnancy experience, antenatal birth and postnatal was superbly supported by Rebecca. I would specifically call out the labour piece where Rebecca struck up a wonderful rapport with the hospital midwifery team. I felt she worked really well with them, and advised me and my husband as needed, and I felt totally at ease and able to focus on the task at hand! The postnatal care was also brilliant – even the second time around it can be daunting with a newborn and Rebecca was with me and the family through all my panics – calm and supportive. My older son absolutely adored her! x

Rebecca spent an unhurried afternoon supporting me with breastfeeding and enabled me to become confident within myself. She is gentle and caring and I always felt like I could call on her when I needed.

I met Rebecca when I was pregnant and found her yoga techniques and manner were perfect for pregnancy. Her understanding of how yoga practice can prepare you for birth is amazing and I found her very insightful and calming. I throughly enjoyed my sessions with Rebecca, the one to one I had 2 days before I actually gave birth was very therapeutic!

Because this was my first pregnancy I wanted to gain as much knowledge of labour, breastfeeding, infant care and first aid prior to the baby's birth as possible. Having found my yoga sessions with Rebecca enormously helpful, I decided to enquire about ante natal classes with her. Due to the severity of my placenta previa bleeding, I was confined to hospital bedrest for 3 months and Rebecca carried out ante natal classes for me and my husband at my hospital bedside. The content of the sessions was fully researched and enormously helpful, Rebecca answered all questions with expert knowledge and both my husband and I came away much more confident in our understanding of what to expect in the coming months. Rebecca is an enormously kind, caring, informative and impressive independent midwife and it has been a joy having her help prepare us for parenthood.

Rebecca is a lovely midwife who can reassure us with her expert knowledge and advice on birth. She is knowledgable, caring, generous and organised. Not only did she cover the essential topics in a user-friendly way, she also offered us step-by-step guide on birth relaxation techniques and practical advice to prepare for a smooth delivery. Highly recommended especially for first-time parents!
